申请条件：奖学金开放给在海外或新加坡国内有声誉的大学就读银行，商科，经济，金融与技术统计的本科生和研究生，申请者必须是新加坡公民。

—全日制与非全日制学生均可申请

—奖学金对即将申请入读2012/13本科/研究生课程学生开放（不适用于已就读此课程的学生）

Eligibility:-Open to Singapore citizens only Awarded for undergraduate or postgraduate studies at reputable local or overseas universities in the fields of Banking, Business, Economics, Finance, Statistics and/or Technology
-Applicable to full-time and part-time studies
-Applicable for applicants who will be starting as fresh undergraduate / postgraduate students for the academic year 2012/2013 (Not applicable for students already in the programme)

本科申请者：GCE’A’Level最低三科取得A，理工学院文凭GPA达到3.5（满分4）或同等水平。

-Undergraduate Applicants: -Minimum three As at GCE ‘A’ Level, H2 subjects Polytechnic Diploma with a GPA of 3.5 out of 4 or equivalent

研究生申请者:二等本科毕业学位或者一份令人印象深刻的社区贡献经历和其他的辅助课程活动的参与记录
-Postgraduate Applicants: 2nd Upper Class Honours or above An impressive community contribution and co-curricular activities involvement record

奖学金不对国际学生开放
