问题: 汉译英
背景：我们工厂产品种类多，生产数量经常与订单有差异，所以我经常发邮件找客服要订单减少库存，但经常有客服不予理睬还突然减少订单到０，所以我想发如下邮件，也是想请大家翻译的（只翻译下面一段）
以后我还会发类似的邮件，如果你确认今后还有订单可以忽略我这个邮件，但是如果从此再也没有订单，请一定让工厂这边知道，我们要想尽一切办法把所有在库库存卖出去，另外我也认为你们有责任有义务提前让工厂知道哪一个产品是EOL（End of life）,如果在没有提前知会工厂的情况下突然降低需要到零，工厂这边不会接受的并且保留索赔的权利，谢谢配合。谢谢

If your side can confirm a continuous order, of course you could put aside the mail; if not, please do notify us timely so that we could manage to sell out the stocklots in storage. Moreover, it's of your responsibility and obligation to inform us advancedly of the EOL products. If your side, however, decrease your demand to none unilaterally without notification to us advancedly, and we will not accept your decision and keep the right for claim indemnity.
