运用Dreamweaver制作前台显示界面，与ASP后台程序及ACCESS数据库相结合，建立探测设备常见故障数据库，可方便地对我省探测设备故障信息进行追加、浏览、修改和查询等操作，查询结果可以打印或者生成文本文件。建立保障人员可以相互交流的技术论坛，登录论坛可以看帖、发帖、发表保障经验等。系统具有完善的备份功能，可以保证数据库被误删除的情况下被安全恢复。具有较好的可移植性，可以推广到各基层气象台站。
