NOTICE TO PARTIES TO DIVORCE ACTIONS
All parties to divorce actions are hereby given notice,pursuant to Domestic Relations Law Section 177,( DRL s177)that once a judgment of divorce is entered,a person may,or may not,be eligible to be covered under his or her spouse’s health insurance plan,depending upon the terms of the plan.
Pursuant to DRL s177 the parties may be granted a 30-day continuance to afford the parties an opportunity to procure their own health insurance coverage.If you desire such a continuance,you should request a continuance pursuant to DRL s177.
If the parties to a divorce action enter into a Stipulation of Settlement,the accompanying Addendum to Stipulation of Settlement should be attached to the stipulation,or the signed and dated statements required by DRL s177 should be included in the body of the stipulation.

致离婚诉讼双方当事人的通知

兹通知离婚诉讼双方当事人：依照《家庭关系法》第177条（以下简称DRL s177），一旦离婚判决生效，当事人可能可以，也可能不可以（继续）享受其原配偶之健康保险，可否享受视该保险的条款而定。

依照《家庭关系法》第177条，离婚当事人可以准予享受30天的延长期以便当事人各自有机会安排自己的健康保险。如你（你们）希望获得这样的延长期，根据《家庭关系法》第177条，你（你们）必须提出要求。

如果离婚诉讼进入协商解决，须附上相应的“协商解决附录”，或者按照《家庭关系法》第177条之要求在离婚协议文本中加上（相应）陈述并签名、具日（签名并注明日期）。
