3. QUANTITY OF GOODS
3.1 The unit of measurement in this contract is metric tons of weight(MTW).Months are calendar months according to the Gregorian calendar.
3.2 Quantity of each shipment is in MTW(+/- 5%)as per Delivery Schedule Appendix 3.
3.3 The total quantity of xxxxx to be delivered is shown in the Delivery Schedule Appendix 3 (+/- 5%).
3.4 The goods will be delivered over 15 calendar months in accordance with Delivery Schedule in Appendix NO.3 hereto.

3.4 按照附件3交货进度表，货物将在15个日历月后交付。
