With respect to exemplification, the essay uses a lot of concrete cases to illustrate how to establish a value net, in the hope that general features can be discovered from these successful cases to guide the establishment of the business value net. Finally, taking Dell Inc. as an example, it explains in detail every link in Dell’s value net ranging from design to operation, describes all its nodes including Dell’s value orientation, value activity, value creation, and strategy control, and studies its implementation and operation mechanism. The essay ends with a conclusion that, with value orientation, value activity, value creation, strategy control, and operational implementation as its main body, the model for establishing the value net is implementable, and that the model has a guiding significance in helping a business realize its value and enhance its competitiveness in the context of e-commerce.
