worth是形容词，所以与be搭配使用，后要跟价值方面的名词或动词的ing形式。第四句中的it代表to go to all that trouble,是从句内的形式主语，表示具体动作，所以与搭配无关。

选 b.provided “假若”，是连词。
()so many people about,the dogs have to be kept in an enclosure.
选 a.With 作状语，是with的复合结构。
