We can give you the information needed to do that. Normally our bank notifies us about them within 3-4 business days. We ship via Airmail by GlobalMail, a branch of DHL. They deliver within 3 weeks after we ship the package. We ship the packages within 24-48 hours of receiving the order. Puritan's Pride is a reputable company that has been in business for over 40 years. Once we have the order and payment, we will do everything possible to get your products to you. Overseas customers pay any taxes and duties charged by their country's Customs. Those are paid once the package is ready to be released to the customer in their country.
We would need to know what you are ordering to calculate the weight of the package. GlobalMail charges by the weight of the package and its destination. I do not have information on the sizes of boxes used in our warehouse. Large orders may be packed in several boxes and we use recycleable styrofoam peanuts as packing material.
